Michael Franklin, MD, FACP, FACR, is the Chief of Rheumatology at Abington Memorial Hospital, in Abington, Pennsylvania, Director, Clinical Research Division at Rheumatology Specialty Center, Willow Grove, PA., and Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine, Temple University Hospital, Philadelphia, PA.
Dr. Franklin received his BS from Manhattan College, Riverdale, NY, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa. He received his MD from State University of New York at Upstate Medical Center, Syracuse, NY.
His postdoctoral training included an internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, PA, and a fellowship in rheumatology. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and Subspecialty of Rheumatology.
