At Rheumatology Specialty Center, we are committed to advancing the treatment of rheumatic and autoimmune diseases through clinical research. Our clinical trials program gives eligible patients throughout the Philadelphia region the opportunity to access emerging therapies, receive expert care from experienced rheumatology specialists, and play an active role in shaping the future of treatment for conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, and other autoimmune diseases. Study-related visits, evaluations, and medications may be provided at no cost to participants.

VORBIO: RC18G007: Primary Sjogren’s : Phase 3 study

5/20/26 – 12/31/26

This is a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase 3 study in adult patients with active primary Sjögren’s syndrome (pSS). Approximately 250 patients will be randomized in a 1:1 ratio to receive telitacicept 160 mg or placebo.- -weekly subcutaneous dosing. Learn more…
